Bridge Experience

My experience at the bridge program has been filled with both positive and negative situations which I took in and learned from. Being in an English class that gives me a writing assignment everyday has really helped me improve managing my time. This has made me more cautious of my time in remembering that I have to complete my work at a descent time to. My priorities have really been straightened since starting the bridge program. I believe that a lot of this has come from being dedicated and focused knowing that I want to attend this college and further my connections with the music industry. I learned a new way of adding and subtracted numbers in a form called ‘binary’. I think it is really cool and actually an easier way to do math. I’ve met a good number if people that share the same interest in music as I do. I’ve made a good number of connections being downtown already and also have gained a better understanding of the downtown area. I’ve witnessed the ups and downs of the dorm life as well. I enjoy the fact that there are a lot of people who are looking to work with others to create. This is a great way to promote as well as get new connections with new students and others around campus.

  1. I think the connections you're forming is a really important part of college. Keep expanding your network of people, Malcolm. Keep discussing your music with others interested in the same things.
