I have felt away from home when I’m on tour for about 6 months doing sound and I’m constantly on the road doing gigs. I love being on the road doing gigs cause I meet new people and have fun doing what I do. It’s basically like I’ll get a call in advance and get told that I’m on tour with so and so and I have be at a certain train station or my flight is at this certain time. I have tours where I’ll come home for a day and get a call in the evening knowing that I’m on tour again for 6 months, but since I started going to school its really hard and I can only do gigs that are local or a one day show, I was in Indiana for a gig this past weekend, my job was just to show up and run the sound. Mark feels good when he is the basement but he really doesn’t like hanging out with his family so he just chills by himself, I’m kind of the same way in a way when I’m at home I just chill in my room but I prefer to just stay out at times cause I’m an only child and get really bored doing nothing at home cause there’s only a certain amount of things I can do at home. I try to keep my busy either working out or hang out with people, my character loves to stay home cause he gets to practice his kung fu and if he is not home is in a local surrounding where he doesn’t feel need to miss home. His marital arts has him so focused that he comes home and starts practicing or meditating.
