Inspiration

When I read about Mark’s life, it reminds me about my life, and what I have experienced. Mark has taken a risk by writing about his life and talking about it in every little detail. All of the things that he goes through are in some cases eye opening and just reading the book has given me the idea that maybe someday, I could write my own biography. If I were to do that, I would probably have to make it a 2 part book. Part one would be the time up until college, and the second part would be from the start of college up until the period that I am writing my biography. When I read about Mark and his life, there are a lot of memories that I can bring back and appreciate. There are times in the book where I feel like I am reading about my own life and its weird. Being able to connect with almost every experience he has makes me wonder, are each of our lives any different from one another? I know that people can experience different things and react to events differently, but in a general overview, we are all the same. We all are the same age at some point in life and we all have to go to school and learn.

I would start my biography at the time when I was around 6 years old. There aren’t very many memories from that age, but as soon as I turned seven, there’s a series of events that I can remember as if they were yesterday. I want to share all of those experiences with others, and I think that people could find them fascinating. Between getting lost in Disney world, losing one of my closest friends to brain cancer, or my brother falling off a wall in France, I’m sure that the reader in some way or form could relate to one of those experiences. Maybe they will be inspired just as I have to write about their own lives.
