My name is Shawn khan I went to palatine high school. I am Pakistani I was born in Elk grove Illinois. I have lived in palatine for my whole life not that many people have heard of it it’s 15 min from wood field mall. I have a passion for audio such as live sound I love to work with artist, my passion for audio started in 6^th grade when my dad first brought me around audio and I learned for about 3 years and did my first show in 9^th grade. if it wasn’t for my dad to teach me audio I don’t know what career I would choose. I learned about more hands on. I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up I was always confused a bunch of ideas, I wasn’t the brightest kid in school didn’t really focus in class, ditched class to go hang out with friends. My parents had a big thing for me to go to college after high school so I tried going to Harper and that didn’t work out really well cause it was like highs school for me. After not going to Harper I started doing more freelance work with audio like going on tours with artist, me and my dad do all the biggest Indian and Pakistani concerts that come from out of country or out of state. I think that a good sound engineer has such a huge impact on a concert for making the artist and group sound amazing to the crowd. My life goal for the past couple years have been to make a huge name in the music industry. I love to play sports such as basketball, football and I love to work out I love meeting new people and learning new things I think a person learns new things every day whether it’s in class or out from other people.
